The person we are looking at should possess the following :  - Strong verbal, written and inter-personal skills  - He should be presentable, confident in his approach and should be able to deal with people across the hierarchy. Should be assertive and able to influence.  - The candidate should be extremely conversant with Excel & Power Point. Advanced excel skills are preferred. He should be able to work across spreadsheets on analytics using macros in excel with key functions and make professional presentations.  - The candidate needs to have strong analytical problem solving skills, excellent work ethic, and the ability to learn new tools and techniques and apply them to client problems across industries.  - He needs to have hands on experience and a proven track record for pursuit of excellence and a strong ability to cope with pressure (as demonstrated by their academic, co-curricular or extracurricular successes).  - Relevant industry experience.  - For Manufacturing Operations profiles: Knowledge of Production Systems / Lean / Six Sigma/TPM/ Planning & Scheduling, Process Improvement is required.  - For Supply Chain profiles: Knowledge of Cost Reduction / Vendor Management / Logistics / Sourcing & Procurement/distribution is required.   - Should be willing to stay at client locations for long period of time, which may be away from base location.
