People Business Consulting requires for its Delhi/NCR office, a person with the following Competencies for the post of "Senior Consultant"
- Relevant experience in L&D, OD or consulting firms
- Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Balanced and Mature in his/her outlook.
- Enjoy working in an atmosphere which requires constant learning.
- Ability to multi-task and manage client accounts.
- Excellent Team working skills
The responsibilities of the incumbent are :
Lead in the delivery of consulting projects related to;
- Leadership Transformation
- Talent Management
- Culture
- Be directly responsible for managing clients.
- Project management for client delivery.
- Conduct research required for latest trends/ material for various consulting assignments.
- Maintain relationships with certain key accounts and manage the client on a long term basis.
- Manage a team of consultants
- The ideal candidate should be flexible in approach, have a high customer service orientation, run workshops independently and be willing to work across cross cultural teams.
Qualifications : A person with masters/post graduate degree from any reputed institute.
Work Experience : A minimum experience of 6+ years upward in Human Resources in organizations. Consulting experience is an added advantage.
