Academic Qualifications : MBA from a reputed institution and/or Chartered Accountant
Experience : 5 - 7 yrs
Essentials :
- Experience of atleast 3 end to end Oracle eBusiness Suite implementations on Release 12
- Good understanding of key ERP concepts viz. Chart of Accounts, Organization Structure, Role Based Access Controls
- Good functional knowledge of Oracle General Ledger, Oracle Payables, Oracle Receivables, Oracle Assets and Oracle Cash Management and its functionalities
- Good domain knowledge of Finance function
- Has prepared BP080s, BR100s and MD050s or similar document as per a different implementation methodology
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good inter-personal skills
- Willing to stretch beyond normal work hours, whenever required
- Open to travel
- Good team leader
Job Role :
- Interact with the Client and gauge their business requirement
- Lead a team of 4 to 7 consultants
- Prepare To be process blueprint based on the requirements
- Assist the team in configuring and deploying of Oracle General Ledger, Oracle Payables, Oracle Receivables, Oracle Assets and Oracle Cash Management
- Coordinate and collaborate with the other functional and technical team members
- Identify product gaps and design solutions to meet those gaps
- Develop migration and cut over strategy
- Conduct Conference Room Pilot and User Acceptance Testing sessions
- Conduct user training sessions
- Provide post production support
- Prepare status reports and keep the Project Manager apprised on any potential issues
