Sr.Consultant / Manager- Legal Risk and Compliance

Job title : Sr.Consultant / Manager

Qualifications :

Law graduate. Preferably a 5 years integrated law course graduate.

Qualifications include :

Education : BSL/BBA - LLB (law graduate)

Specialized knowledge : Legal and regulatory compliance

Skills : Legal interpretation

Experience : Minimum of 8-12 years of PQE. Preferably from tier 2 law firms, in-house counsel or single practitioner to include demonstrated leadership. Familiarity with operational and business procedures and regulations is a must.

Duties and responsibilities :

- Identify the laws and compliances therein applicable to any business operation in India

- Capable of compliance reviews and audits

- Capable of suggestive corrective and remedial actions in case of any non-compliance/violation by any company

- Train the team members on the legal and compliance structure in India

- Support projects as a subject matter expert in the legal domain
