Experience: 7 - 12 years in IT Advisory (Banking Sector)

Desired Skills:

- Exposure to Core Banking implementation environment is desirable (Primary Competency: FLEXCUBE or any other Core Banking Solution related Functional Knowledge)

- Working Knowledge of two or more Banking areas such as Teller, Liabilities products, Assets Products, Trade Finance, Treasury etc.

- Led Implementation or Managed Service activity streams related to various business areas of Banking as well as Expertise such as Migration, Testing support and coordination with other Oracle teams both locally and offshore for various activities

- Strong technical background including understanding of IT architecture, IT Strategy, Digital Transformation, IT organizational design, business cases, and financial management

- Proven IT skills in various Fintech / digital platforms would be a plus

- Professional certifications: PMP, TOGAF / CGEIT, COBIT, ITIL etc. is desired

Job Description:

- Conducting current state assessments, perform industry and competitor research, develop gap assessments, and design target state operating models

- Preparing and conducting group and one-on-one meetings with clients and colleagues to ensure that the job responsibilities are met

- Accurately analyzing work processes, systems, organizational functions and structures using interviews, data, statistical analysis and techniques to determine where and how to generate measurable benefits

- Support proposal and business development activities

- Communicating and coordinating those efforts within the client's environment

- Training clients and taskforces in the effective use of management systems, tools, techniques, and group problem-solving

- Assist project teams through daily execution of activities, deliverables, project plans, and client presentations
