Senior Consultant/Manager - HEOR PE Modeling - Pharma

Technical:

1. Knowledge and experience of 6-9 years in PE modelling.

2. Hands-on experience of various PE models, their advantages and drawbacks, applicability in various geographies and situations

3. Experience of having led simultaneous projects (3 or more) with multiple resources working on them

4. Activities as Project lead include developing time and effort estimates for projects, project planning and project plan execution with monitoring to ensure adherence to project plan

5. Experience in working across therapeutic areas

6. Familiarity with medical statistics and meta-analytical techniques used to analyze and interpret data and relevant softwares for HEOR used in routine practice

7. Experience of developing end-to-end proposals for clients and presenting them to internal senior management/ BD stakeholder

8. Experience of managing 1-3 resources (direct admin reporting) including their being responsible for growth, mentoring and appraisals would be good to have (NOT required for IC)

Operational:

1. Lead 3-4 projects simultaneously

2. Be responsible for project planning, execution of the projects led and seamless delivery of the project

3. Own quality control (QC) process and ensure adherence of all project team members to the same

4. Ability to foresee issues, concerns in a project and take steps to mitigate them

5. Assist in preparation/updation of eSOP

6. Assist in business expansion by capability presentations to onshore stakeholders and client (if required), ensure repeat business

7. Front facing and presenting to clients/stakeholders

8. Understand client and industry requirements and adapt working approach accordingly

9. Monitor efficiency and productivity to ensure minimal variance from project plans

10. Develop proposals and time and effort estimates, coordinate with onshore stakeholder/ BD

11. Recruit, groom and advanced talent; identify training needs for direct reports and take steps to fulfill them

12. Develop career growth path for direct reports, conduct regular 1:1, provide timely and actionable feedback, mentor reportees to achieve personal goals aligned to overall organizational goals

Educational Qualification: Masters degree (Pharma/ lifesciences/Statistics/ Economics)/ B.Tech/ BE; total Exp: 9 -12 years; relevant exp: 6-9 years
