Sr. Consultant/Manager-Change Management
Job Description:
JOB LOCATIONS:1. BENGALURU - Any gender
2. GURGAON - ONLY FEMALES
The primary purpose of the role is to:- Work on change management programs, with oversight from a Transformational Change Manager
- Deploy measurable change management interventions and wider transformational change initiatives
- Operate, with support where needed across change management, communications
Experience Required:
- 4+ years' experience of change management experience (2-3 end to end change management project experience is mandatory)
Skills Required:
Soft Skills and experience:
- Individual delivery of high impact change management activities
- Working knowledge of organization change management for IT solutions
- Understanding of change management approaches
- Proven track record of building strong stakeholder relationships at different organizational levels
- Able to produce high quality business-facing deliverables and activities to drive and sustain change
- Resilient and able to manage challenge and resistance
- Results/outcomes oriented, business value focused
- Confident and able to work in high-ambiguity work environment
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
Responsibilities:Work on projects to:
- Execute change management plan
- Build and manage change management deliverables and activities to a business-ready standard
- Ensure that the appropriate change management tools and methods are applied to IT projects
Additional Information : BE / BTECH / BCA / BSC with an MBA1. People with experience working on OCM (Organizational change management) only2. Preference - Should have experience in to organization Change/ behavioral change (IT, ITIL experience will not be considered)3.
