We are looking for a Senior Consultant / Manager for the Global Big 4 firm in Bangalore for a Business Transformation role. These candidates must have experience in wholesale banking, asset management, and retail Banking areas Responsibilities : - Proven implementation, change management, and benefits realization experience on large-scale programmes. - Manages the project business case, and tracking of actual costs against the plan. - Oversees the tracking of project/s risks/issues/dependencies, assesses the impact and takes action to minimize impact, actively challenging and removing obstacles - Drills down to solves problems applying analysis skills as required - Ability to clearly articulate business and regulatory implications of analysis and findings. - Engage with Business stakeholders &amp; Subject Matter Experts to gather requirements. - Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Work closely with business functions to understand their requirements, quantify the benefits (financial, control or regulatory), and agree on an implementation approach - Deliver projects as per the agreed frameworks (Agile) and governance model. Candidate Profile : - Experience in digital transformation - change agent with expertise in the Business Transformational domain - Experience and knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodology - Should demonstrate an excellent grasp of the agile concepts like epics, user stories Product Backlog, Thin slicing, Product Owners, MVP etc. knowledge to all change activity to ensure appropriate solutions are developed and delivered - Aware of Design thinking concepts - Hands-on experience in the BFSI domain in driving and implementing E-2-E global impact programs/projects - Experience in developing target operating models Pankaj Pandey
