Senior Consultant/Manager/Associate Director - Digital Transformation Services - BFSI/NBFC/FMCG/Retail Domain

Role : Sr. Consultant / Manager / Associate Director - Digital Transformation

Experience : 5- 15 Years

Work Location : BFSI/NBFC Domain - Mumbai, Retail/ FMCG Domain-Mumbai, Gurgaon , Bangalore, Pune

Education : Engineering/ MCA / MBA

Roles & Responsibility:

1. Experienced in digital strategy, target operating model definition and large business transformation engagements

2. Must have created assessments to understand digital maturity of the target organizations, benchmarked capabilities against industry standards and provided recommendations on digital roadmap

3. Must have developed value proposition and business case for digital transformation of clients

4. Ability to provide delivery oversight to multiple client engagements and manage senior client stakeholders; manage engagement commercials and safeguard margins

5. Experienced in defining digital customer journeys, mapping business processes and documenting BRD/SRS/BDD

6. Experience in one or more industries (Manufacturing, Retail, FS); good understanding of business architecture of different industries

7. Must have worked on requirements definition for digital technology projects; must have good understanding of data concepts

8. Should have good understanding of SDLC and different delivery models (Agile, Iterative etc.)

9. Experience with India market clients is a plus

10. Excellent communication, soft skills and MS Office knowledge

11. Post pandemic, must be willing to travel on short/long term basis
