Roles and Responsibilities : Conducting risk based internal audits : - manage and execute consulting engagements covering risk based internal audit, process and control reviews, development of policies and standard operating procedures, enterprise risk management, as per the client requirements - Preparation of deliverables relating to various services to the clients including preparation of audit reports, process documents, presentations etc. Project management : - On-site and off-site project management of the assignments, including development of work programs, audit plan to ensure adequate financial control, make recommendations to the management about software, policies and audit trigger, evaluation of issues/ observations/ improvement opportunities, timely communication with the client management, participation in client meetings, carry out reviews independently to discuss the audit points with process owners and conclude the audit testing/observations, taking management response and effectively closing loop the audit points with the management etc. Team handling : - Leading the team of audit support staff, assigning the work amongst the engagement team and getting the assigned tasks completed successfully and timely, review of their work to ensure it meets the requirements and objective of the engagement, motivating team and providing on the job training. Also and cultivate a master inventory of our business policies, practices and processes. Qualification Required: - CA with 3-5+ years experience in Internal Audit, - Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills - Strong organisational and project management skills - Knowledge of accounting best practices - Ability to learn industry standards - Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills - Experience working on ERP and ERP control environment
