Senior Consultant - Humar Resources - HR Consulting Firm (7-12 yrs)

Academic Qualifications and Work Experience :
- Post graduate degree in Management from a reputed institute. An MBA, with a specialization in HR would be an advantage. If you are a Masters in Psychology with experience in a consulting firm you are welcome to apply.
- 7-12 years of total working experience in any of the below areas - Talent Management, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement and Employer Branding.
- Experience in HR Consulting, OD, leading an HR / Consulting project from start to finish with clearly quantified time lines and delivery outcomes in a company of repute (Prior consulting experience a Must, exceptional OD/ Talent Management consultant profiles would be considered)
Job Description :
- Responsible for Consulting Project delivery, Practice development and new client acquisition support
- Front end Consulting Project delivery including client management during the delivery - covering adherence to deadlines by delivery teams could include delivery planning, resource mobilization and deployment etc
- Development of existing relationships in scope and revenue
- Client / sector / practice specific research
- Analysis/ Review/Presentation of the data being presented to the client in terms of final deliverables

- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure
- Ability to handle ambiguity
- A fast learner with the ability to grasp things and implement them quickly on the job.
- High detail orientation, quality consciousness and focus on getting work outputs - First Time Right within stipulated timeframes.
- Ability to harness past experiences to add value and make incremental improvements on the job.
- Meet and manage expectations of both internal & external stakeholders.
- High on ownership and willing to put in the requisite stretch.
