Hiring Senior Consultant for Human Capital Practice for Boutique HR Consulting firm.

Position is based out of Mumbai and Delhi

Job Role :

- Responsible for proposal preparation and presentation of proposals to clients.

- Strong Project Management skills as this job will require resource planning and management, project deliverable s and timelines.

Key Account Management :

- Manage client expectations, and effectively manage scope of work.

- Develop new business leads and opportunities.

- Manage multiple projects that require highly refined business knowledge or technical expertise.

- Manage and enhance relationship with clients, with the objective of identifying and pursuing more business opportunities in the future.

- Provide guidance to consulting staff - Associates and Business Associates.

Responsible for team development

Experience :

- Master's Degree in HR with a minimum of 8-10 years experience in Human Capital Practice

- Strong consulting background is a plus

- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.

- Fluent in English both verbal and written.

- Strong leadership skills and proven track record in building teams.
