ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The person in this role will be a professional who has attained a minimum technical proficiency in a consulting specialty and has a flair for sales. The incumbent will work as part of the sales team to identify and target specific clients, respond to client calls and requests and prepare proposals.
Integration of solutions to client problems
Key Responsibility Areas :
- Prepare sales plan for Geography covering target clients by solution, go-to-market, etc
- Identify target clients in the geography, and prepare client account plans together with the sales lead
- Execute sales plan by initiating client meetings, responding to client calls, conducting scoping discussions, etc
- Prepare proposals based on scoping discussions in partnership with solution team
- Build relationships with specific identified clients
- Ensure repeat business from targeted clients
- Plan and execute mid size and small projects (key steps, timelines and responsibilities)
- Support client interaction during the project to ensure smooth execution of the project.
- Manage the project along with the Project Manager and the team, and discuss and document learning.
- Pure play sales,account management,,client acquisition,
- Independent acquisition of new clients
- Stretched sales targets
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Education : M.B.A / Post Graduate degree in relevant field
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of work experience
- Consulting sales experience preferable
- Industry experience and consulting experience across different content area(s) preferable
- Ability to travel and work at client locations (25%).
- Ability to communicate in different languages preferable.
