As an organisation they are expanding their strategy consulting practice at a rapid pace internationally and are seeking top-quality talent to lead their growth across multiple countries.

The Role :

As a Senior Consultant you will fully own a project stream and work alongside 2-3 other strategy consultants and cross-functional team members to solve complex business problems for market leaders. This will involve the whole gamut of team delivery from CXO interaction to mentoring and developing Associate Consultants. The exposure will be on international projects, across industry verticals.

Your Profile :

- Management degree from a premier Indian or global business school

- 3-7 years of experience in Consulting, in the MBB space

- A strong grasp of business strategy issues

- An understanding of current technology trends, their effect on strategy and their impact in creating competitive advantage and transforming processes

- Outstanding analytical and quantitative problem solving abilities, coupled with strong general business acumen and of course, the excellent inter-personal skills needed for CEO-CXO interactions.
