Senior Consultant - Generic Checklist - Compliance - LLB

Job Location : Mumbai/Bangalore

Education - LLB(Mandatory)

KRA: (The job role is not only restricted to the below mentioned duties)

1. Preparation of Compliance Checklist/Compliance Matrix for laws

2.Will be a Member of Legal Update Team, and involved in Quality Check of updates

3.Engaging as Part of First Line Review,Compliance Review, Quality Check as well as Quality Audit for Client Deliverables.

4. Will work on document review for projects dealing with relevant laws as applicable.

5.Extensive Preparation of Checklists.

6.Should have a basic understanding of the working of US or UK legal system

7.Legal Research.
