Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for business development by doing a thorough research on the industry intelligence and identifying new revenue streams for the firm.

- Keeping real time market intelligence of different business prospects and identifying target industries / sectors / companies.

- P&L responsibility of entire business vertical.

- Be a trustworthy advisor to clients and help them in their leadership hiring needs pertaining to their business and corporate strategy

- Responsible for end to end delivery for critical search assignments.

- Client Engagement, growth strategy, search planning, team and business growth.

- End to end execution of senior leadership engagements with complete ownership of Client and Candidate management

- Creating a talent pool and proactively engaging with prospective clients for business opportunities.

- Interviewing and assessing the candidate's basis on knowledge, skills, competencies etc.

Prerequisites:

- Well versed with Executive search process with at least 8 years of relevant experience

- Master's/Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 Institute in India or Abroad

- Strong analytical skills, written & oral communication, Power-point presentation & Excel skills

- Proficiency with Executive research tools

- Flair to actively network with stakeholders
