Job Description:
To Drive the Persons with Disabilities Inclusion Program as a Part of Diversity Inclusion Function. Should have experience of working with agencies like PWD and driven D&I agendas for the organization.
1). Addressing Reasonable support Periodic connect with employees with disabilities and ensuring reasonable adjustment support
- Promoting the use of assistive technologies for supporting existing employees
- Conducting periodic assessment of physical and online accessibility issues across locations and resolving them
2). Stakeholder Management Partner with internal stakeholders namely Talent Acquisition HR and L D to integrate Inclusion into recruiting talent
- Review succession planning performance management and training plans
- Liaison with NGOs and partner organizations across the country for training and recruitment of persons with disabilities and raising social awareness
- Engage with managers and the employee workforce to build a case of inclusion
3). Enhancing culture of inclusion
- Conducting periodic sensitization workshops
- Conducting events and workshops to generate internal awareness
- Confer with the Marketing to promote the program externally
- Partnership with industry bodies to support the cause and position as an equal opportunity employer for people with disabilities
- Evangelize with SMEs disability rights groups NGOs and recruitment agencies
- Inter and intra industry connect with other organizations to share best practices
4). Internal Processes and Applications
- Willingness to learn the internal processes
- Provide data analytics for reporting to leadership and liaising with relevant stakeholders
- Responsible for driving monthly core team meetings and follow through on actions and commitments from leaders and volunteers
- Support the D&I team in driving other central initiative as applicable
Required Skills:
- Excellent negotiating and influencing skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Empathetic and inquisitive attitude
- Ability to follow through with diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Must be proficient at MS office
- Good knowledge of social media marketing
