Key Role aspects :
1. Overall board practice spoc working with Managing Partner who is also leader of the Board practice
- Present Reviews and track board practice annual plan and its initiatives
- Helping build GTM plans
2. Support and lead key projects inside Board Practice
- Board Searches Board Research, client presentations, project management
- Board Evaluation and Advisory Engagements Research, analysis, client reviews and presentations. Overall project management. Identify strengths and gaps in Board: skills, experience, demographic and cognitive diversity
3. Market & Business Development
- Support GTM Plans bring in market connect and business intelligence to support sharp GTM plans.
- Create pitches and proposals.
4. Board Practice Development
- Work on thought leadership projects research, domain inputs and writing/publishing
- Work on key practice level programs external partnerships
- Compensation and benefits insights.
Hiring Profile :
- A well rounded young executive with good capabilities in conceptual/research driven work + sound operations/managerial skills. This balance is important
- Conceptual knowledge of boards, corporate governance is important.
- Research-driven mindset, high curiosity to explore an innovative side of board, leadership and governance.
