Senior Consultant - Business Performance Improvement Consulting

Hiring for 3-5 years of experience with at least 2 years in a reputed consulting firm.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Project Delivery : The candidate will be required to work with firm professionals and will be expected to :

- Manage end to end delivery on work streams / key tasks

- Lead small size engagements (in some cases)

- Build rapport with client working team

- Ensure buy-in of proposed solutions with the client team

2. Business Development : In addition to project delivery, the candidate will be expected to :

- Support the preparation of proposal documents

3. People Development : The role will require the candidate to :

- Perform the role of a mentor for team members

- Actively participate in recruitment activities

4. Content Development : Efforts towards content development, comprising of :

- Creation of research papers encapsulating project deliverables and case studies

- Support development of content marketing material comprising of point of views.

Eligibility :

- Consulting experience in India is required

- Experience in Automotive industry and work in the areas of Strategy, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing

- Should have been a key task / work stream lead on consulting engagements

- The individual must be comfortable working with senior level client personnel and interacting closely with the - CXO - executives
