Senior Consultant - Business Analyst - Banking Domain

Location: Bangalore/Pune

Domain: Candidate MUST HAVE strong domain experience in ANY of the below domains:

Retail Banking & Wealth Management, Risk, Regulatory and Compliance, TAX, CDD, KYC, Transaction Monitoring, Cards and Payments, Consumer Ops, Data Reconciliations and FCC

Knowledge: -

1. Understanding of Global Change Delivery Business Transformation Frameworks, methodologies and best practice techniques

2. Outstanding understanding of Client Group structures, processes and objectives.

3. Understanding of banking and understanding of how change drives benefits for business, its customers and other stakeholders.

4. Business analysis, requirements gathering and design techniques.

5. Change management and implementation management techniques and approaches.

Role Experience: -

1. Overall financial services industry knowledge with specific functional expertise

2. Experience of working in a banking environment and change projects

3. Extensive experience gathering requirements and conducting design activity, with a mix of business, operations and technology focused projects.

4. Exposure to business case development and a sound understanding of how design enablers underpin business benefits

5. Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and business sponsors.
