Senior Consultant/Assistant Manager - SOX

Job Description: Responsible for delivering solution offerings like SOX for clients. Position would be involved in overall SOX solution from planning, designing to implementation and testing.

Main Responsibilities:

- Supervise teams of multi-location professionals

- Manage quality of deliverables and completion of projects

- Build and maintain client relation by understanding and being responsive to client needs and ensuring high quality of deliverables.

- Identify opportunities for new business opportunities with clients, support in proposal development, identify and develop new solution offerings.

- Must have demonstrated experience in transformation of Sox framework for a large corporate

- Must have demonstrated experience in rationalization / optimization / standardization of Sox controls

- Play an active role in development and roll-out of training initiatives for staff.

Educational Qualification and Skills Required:

- Should have a professional qualification preferably CA/CWA/CMA or an MBA from a reputed business school. Qualifications such as CIA, CISA, CFE are an advantage.
