- At least 4+ years' experience of change management experience
- Candidate must have worked in a similar capacity and done at least 3+ end to end implementations in change management
- Experience in managing EXTERNAL Change Management Projects (Client facing) is a must
- Implementation experience in any ERP Enabled projects (Eg. SAP / S4 HANA/ Oracle/ etc.) is required

- Execute change management plan
- Build and manage change management deliverables and activities to a business-ready standard
- Ensure that the appropriate change management tools and methods are applied to IT projects
Additional Information:
CERTIFICATION: Prosci Certified Change Practitioner
- BE / BTECH / BCA / BSC with an MBA
- Should have experience in OCM (organization Change)/ Behavioral change management
