Job Description:

- Manage a spectrum of clients in Fortune-500, Large & Small Enterprises and SMBs

- Achieving the revenue target as an Individual and also mentor the new team members

- Define your own strategy of development of Financial Services Practice in line with the global strategy

- Consultative Selling of our recruitment services to Corporate and negotiating the rates of business

- Acquire and develop your own portfolio of clients and candidates through networking and commercial actions

- Select and present the most suitable candidates to the clients - advise both clients and candidates during the assignment

- Partner with senior stakeholders within client organizations in determining and anticipating their human capital requirements

- Become a reference in your market while having ambitious business development objectives

- Managing the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond (includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients)

The Successful Applicant :

- 5-10 years of Sales/Business Development/Consulting or any other client facing role. Candidates with Sales/Business Development/Alliances experience in Internet/E-Commerce setups can also apply

- Excellent presentation skills

- Exemplary communication skills

- Tier 1/2 MBA
