We are hiring for People Management domain for one of the leading consulting organization.
Position: Sr. Consultant / Assistant Manager
Years of Experience Required: 4-8 years
Objective of the Role:
To play an anchoring role of being part of People Management Group and ensure timely inputs in the timesheet, analysis of timesheet reports for Chargeability and managing resources optimally to ensure sufficient chargeability for people in the firm
Key Responsibilities:
1) Being custodian of time / utilization data, its accuracy, MIS and effective analysis
2) Being custodian for Excel Resource Blocker sheet and update the data on real time basis
3) Collecting, collating and analyzing data around employee chargeability and projects on weekly basis
4) Connecting with employees / managers to get the missing data / clarification on their blocking
5) Monitoring and flagging the chargeability / utilization data and any discrepancies in the same
6) Facilitate the discussion amongst the manager to ensure rotation and trade off of people on different projects
7) Maintaining skill repository of the employees
8) Tracking of the indents approval by PMG group
9) Maintaining data sanctity in the ABIS
10) Any other responsibilities that may be added to the PMG portfolio in future point
Key Skills required
- Good people management and negotiation skills
- Analytical bend of mind
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Consulting background would be of added advantage
Key Performance Indicators / Outcome
- Accurate and timely circulation of MIS on timesheet submission / chargeability / scheduler / indents
- MIS on Skill-inventory for employees
- Successful trading off of people on different project
