Senior Consultant - Advisory/Realty & Social Infra

Senior role in leading and guiding advisory mandates, thought leadership and team mentorship.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Understanding the Client's problems and structuring solutions Engagement planning - time lines, deliverables, team management, etc. Solution oriented thinking - often in unstructured and unguided scenarios

Project management and monitoring Analysis-driven recommendations Client interaction on an ongoing basis

Output creation - Presentations, Reports, Models, etc., as per high quality standards

Generate business leads / Proactive Business Development

Team mentoring and management

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

The typical profile we consider for this position would be 5+ years of experience of similar consulting roles, preferably in relevant sectors. A good B-school background would be an added plus, though not mandatory.
