Senior Consultant - Advance Analytics - KPO

A challenging opportunity involving problem-solving, hypothesis testing, advanced analysis, creating models & solutions and compelling visualizations to make the client solutions scalable and easy to understand. The Senior consultant will collaboratively work along with senior engagement managers & lead a team of analysts and data scientists across the globe.

YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR :

- Building and deepening client relationship at senior levels, understanding and managing client expectations, resulting in revenue growth.

- Working with Junior Analysts & Account Managers proactively reviewing client deliverables ensuring their conformance to the agreed upon KPIs.

- Designing analytic solutions for critical business questions and support sales team in new prospect conversion.

- Providing thought-leadership to clients for optimizing their business strategies by implementing the company's analytics services.

- Inspiring, Motivating and Mentoring your employees, as well as be responsible to recruit new exceptional professionals for your team.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE :

- 5-8 years of experience in advance data analytics using R(preferred)/SAS/Python.

- Technical Expertise in SQL, processing large datasets, ETL tools, data manipulations, data cleaning etc.

- In depth knowledge of advanced analytics/Statistics Techniques such as general linear model, ANOVA, decision trees, linear regression, Bayesian etc.

- Knowledge of any one visualization tool such as Tableau, Spotfire or equivalent.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in client engagement.
