For over a decade the par has been bringing together families from throughout Europe, the United States, Asia and the Middle East, for exclusive closed-door meetings covering family business, family office and wealth management issues.

Client provides thought leadership for families of substantial wealth to learn from each other as well as key industry experts through networking, case studies, panel presentations and proprietary research.

With a portfolio of 16 annual conferences and a fast growing portfolio of 10 - 12 bespoke roundtable events for private clients, Conferences operates in Europe, Asia Pacific, North America and the Middle East.

The Role:

This is an exciting position in a niche private wealth market for a confident and outstanding events producer and project manager with at least 5 years experience of high level, proven conference production expertise. The candidate will be required to travel internationally throughout the year.

Duties:

- Day-to-day responsibility for the production and organisation of Conferences portfolio of private bespoke events tailored for ultra-affluent business owning families and their family offices throughout Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the America's.

- Liaise and collaborate closely with your colleagues on the Conferences team to execute efficiently on the content development, audience development, promotion and successful implementation of all the events.

- Learn the market and nuances- of the business model efficiently and smartly in order to have an immediate impact with the portfolio. Being comfortable with networking and rapport building with UHNW's is essential.

- Produce (to deadlines), project manage and attend a series of high profile conferences, roundtables and workshops ensuring that all deliverables are met in accordance with Campden's quality and growth strategy.

- Plan and conduct pivotal industry research including telephone research, one-on-one meetings, networking meetings and interviews with leading figure-heads within the family business and family office industry

- Create robust and pertinent conference programmes that are innovative and unique and above all offer a engaging value proposition to attract attendees in the family wealth market

- Develop and build harmonious relationships with key contacts and key sponsors with the view of re-investing any relationships/knowledge gained back into the organization's portfolio.

- Acquire and brief world class, relevant and appropriate speakers and then manage speakers- liaisons in the build up to the event through to its completion to maximise contribution and conference interaction.

- Provide comprehensive briefs to the sales team including passing on leads and contacts that have surfaced through your research and analysis.

- Work closely with marketing team to maximise and develop the quality of the audience and write marketing briefs, identify potential partners and supporters as well as produce copy for all marketing collaterals.

- Write a detailed report after each event evaluating and recognising the core debate and emerging topics for future speaker acquisition, sales and delegate audience.

- Assist with the proofing of the conference brochure, work book and presentations.

- Representing the organization professionally at industry events

- Undertaking other duties as required by your direct report
