Key Responsibilities : - Scout and identify the mentors/freelancers in the field of IoT, Cloud, Cyber Security, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning &amp; Business Analytics from India. - Lead end-to-end onboarding and training process - Engage with prospects as the company's ambassador and brief them on engagement opportunities - Assess prospects on the ability to deliver good learning experience as per the quality standards set by the company - Orient new mentors, prepare them and deliver ongoing feedback &amp; training to ensure they continue to deliver a good learning experience - Create and maintain a healthy mentor/freelancer pipeline to ensure all the delivery targets are met without compromising on the quality of learning experience for the customers - Forge long term relationships with mentors &amp; freelancers to ensure they have a long term association with the company - Contribute towards transforming the mentor management function - Collaborate with Operations, Technology and mentors on process planning, system design and solutions/initiatives to enable long-term success in mentor/guru management. Qualification : - Stakeholder management skills - Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines - Ability to scout technical subject matter experts - Experience in IT Leadership hiring - Capability to build rapport - Good at negotiation - Excellent oral and written communication skills
