Position : Sr. Chief Manager - Legal

Education : LLB/LLM

Male candidate preferred

Responsibilities :

- Hands on experience in Arbitration, section 138, section 9. Good Communication & drafting skills.

- Have to handle case under arbitration and conciliation Act, Execution petition, Cheque bounces case under section 138 Negotiable instrument act, coordination for recovery of cases under loss and write off portfolio.

Technical Competencies Required : LL.B and must have practice at least for one year apart from corporate experience.

- Should have experience in NBFC in filed litigation.

- Those candidates who are currently working with NBFCs/Banks can apply for this position.

Salary range : 10 - 15 LPA
