Senior Category Manager -Western wear(Mens/Womens) with a leading Ecommerce company!

The Role :

- Work closely with the Business, Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance & Accounting teams to improve Customer and Seller experience across Flipkart.

- Be the single point of contact between the Category and Product teams to enhance richness of specific category.

- Provide critical input to projects for improving overall catalogue

- Some of the KPIs that the role will drive are Customer and Seller satisfaction, and metrics around Discovery and Engagement

- Prepare the Category catalogue strategy from a Marketplace/Seller point of view

- Drive specific category content items like Buying Guides.

Must have characteristics :

- Must have experience in buying, category (apparels).

- Understand how purchase decision is made in each category and define critical product inputs.

- Keeps track of market developments in offline/online retailing for the respective categories (seller interaction, competition study & customer surveys)

- Keep the big picture in focus while diving into the unique daily challenges faced by various teams.

Qualification :

- MBA Tier 1 Institute.
