Senior Category Manager - eCommerce

- Generate market and consumer insights, competitive analysis etc. in various geographies and sub-categories.

- Translate business goals and market insights into effective strategies that deliver measurable impact on revenue .

- Set up systems and processes to achieve the forecasted targets.

- Build and lead multiple teams of Process Excellence Managers and Category managers.

- Work with Product Managers on BRDs and PRDs, and contribute to product development.

- Drive the P&L of Logistics and E-commerce category in a specific geographical region.

- Build a strong team to manage Sales, Operations, Marketing and Account Management.
