About the role :

We are looking for a Core team member with Entrepreneurial mindset ready to get his hands dirty and revolutionise the old way of doing business in India. A person with enough hustle to go through the adventurous journey of a startup. A person who is enthralled with the idea of building new business lines from the beginning and pushing it towards the users. Someone who has a first principle approach towards any problem and is ready to make teams and businesses

Responsibilities :

- Developing, leading and executing purchasing strategies

- Tracking and reporting key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness

- Overall responsibility for Purchasing and Cost Estimating activities across the business

- Create and implement best practice purchasing vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance evaluate the challenges faced by the business and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities

- Contribute to overall business strategy and annual budget process

- Take ownership of the purchasing policy, guidelines and any associated documents

- Make forecasts for product demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory

- Assume responsibility of budget development and revenue for category

- Influence strategy and lead your team in executing plans that exceed user expectations and business goals

- Making sure that all the projects and campaigns are executed at the highest quality and the product is delivered as per the brand standards

Requirements :

- An Engineer/MBA or a failed entrepreneur

- Someone who loves problem-solving and doesn't settle for any solution, but strives to find a better one

- Someone who appreciates the bigger picture and gives attention to details

- Someone who has led a team before
