1. To build and manage relationships with UHNI's across India including family offices and corporates

2. To think strategically about building and scaling up a client relationship management platform

3. To understand the nuances of each product and strategy and build investor portfolio accordingly

4. To conceptualise and deliver quality advise and excellent investor service

5. Continuously explore referencing and cross selling opportunities across the various investment management products of the firm.
