- Set up and institutionalized the entire Campus Recruitment process from scratch.
- Responsible for strategy formulation and implementation for all campus, post campus and branding activities.
- Responsible for developing recruitment strategy that promote cost-effective best practices, improve service quality and provide high calibre talent aligning to staffing success.
- Responsible for strategy formulation and execution of campus hiring.
- Closely working with stakeholders - Placement Officers, Principals/Head of Depts, Student committee, Business Unit Managers and Senior Management.
- Handle post campus engagement activities for major MNC's.
