Senior Buyer - Logistics/Packaging Business

- Manage country category buying of Packaging

- Drive and implement major cost saving / sourcing project in Packaging and Logistics category.

- Must be able to provide the company with well-rounded industry knowledge in the commodity groupings assigned to his/her buying assignments.

- Evaluate and analyze production requirements and translate those needs to packaging material planning.

- Understand current business conditions and apply strategic thinking to structure key supplier relationships.

- Run RFX process (through ARIBA), implement outcome of global strategic souring project in India.

- Techno-commercial evaluation of suppliers and proposals

- Finalization of contract / agreement (legal document) with service provider/supplier with support from contract owner.
