Sr. Buyer (females) - FabAlley - E-commerce - NIFT/NID/Pearl (5-8 yrs)  Position : Senior Buyer  Location : Noida  Experience : 5-7 yrs.  Scope of the role :  We are looking for a buyer with strong procurement skills, strategy development, process development and support, in-depth knowledge of the business, understanding of cost structures and strong business acumen to deliver savings and service targets.  What will you do :  - Oversee the entire buying process including 1) negotiating terms, 2) placing purchase order, 3) managing fabrics, 4) setting up SKUs 5) approve final sale listing along with costing  - Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers for manufacturing and sourcing new suppliers for future products   - Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans   - Leading the activities related to costing, MRP and margins  - Responsible for all cost saving initiatives and B2B sales channels  - Responsible for final day-to-day production as per the PO   - Contribute to business planning, budget planning and forecasting process  What you will need :   - Graduate or Post graduate in design/merchandizing from NIFT, Pearl or a high ranked fashion institute  - Experience - Minimum 5 years in fashion retail merchandizing  - High fashion orientation with strong trend awareness   - Entrepreneurial approach with high self confidence  - Strong process orientation and attention to detail  People we are looking for :  - Passion and commitment (I guess that's a given for working in any start-up)  - Zero hesitation in getting the hands dirty  - Love to work for a fast growing dynamic organization   - Believe that every day should be a new learning experience   - Ambitious self-starter  - Creative with an out-of-the-box mindset  Perks :  - A platform to learn and innovate with highly intellectual people & competitive environment  Compensation : Rewarding salary
