Pre-Season:

- Buy plan

- OTB Planning

- Pre season planning in terms of store wise category wise / product category requirements with past season trend analysis and future direction.

- Option and depth planning.

- Buying

- Merchandise Allocation Initial stock allocation at department level based on the fixture capacity and contribution to sales.

- Option tracking

- Ensuring timely and complete dispatches for the new season launch. Coordinating with Distribution centers & Vendors for the same.
