Key responsibilities include:
- Driving strategic thinking on what should be the path of the company across different segments (e.g. B2C, B2B SME, B2B Large enterprise etc.)
- Identify strategic initiatives and work with business units to be a though partner and drive the initiative to execution on certain high priority initiatives.
- Help drive internal projects of high priority to facilitate step-jumps in existing businesses (diagnostic, initiative roadmap and execution)
- Be a thought partner to the CEO office across different strategic questions
Mandatory requirements for this role:
- Strong problem solver and structured thinker
- Ability to align multiple stakeholders on answers which give most impact for the organization
- Comfortable with ambiguity traversal.
- Team leading experience.
- Heavy bias toward execution based on strong 80-20 prioritization
- Strong logical reasoning and creative thinking skills.
Qualification:
- Undergraduate degree and an MBA with outstanding academic record from Top ranked colleges.
