Senior Business Manager - Fast Food Chain

PLEASE NOTE : This role can be based either out of Mumbai or Gurugram basis candidate preference.

Position Overview :

Senior Manager Mc Donalds' Business manages the long-term partnership with Priority 1 global customer, McDonald's. Working with multiple stakeholders to ensure business plan objectives are created and delivered culminating in annual revenue, profit and volume targets being achieved

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities :

- Leadership of McDonald's business - Front facing Single point of contact for McDs

- Manage McDs System P&L & deliver on Path to Profitability by driving efficiencies in DME/DFR, Pricing, & improving Product Mix.

- Management of McDonalds match marketing funds (MMF) & other contractual payouts to ensure business plan objectives are maximized

- Project management across cross-functional internal & external teams to ensure all customer agreed projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Management of key routines with Customer including Annual JBP & Top to Top with Senior Leadership, QBR's with Marketing, Technical & Bottler teams & relevant McDs Development Licensee teams

- Partner with Brand Teams to prioritize, develop and execute marketing programs

Education Requirements :

- MBA preferred from Premiere Institute

Related Work Experience :

- Min 7 years relevant experience

- Customer and or Channel Management

- Brand Management (Optional)

Functional Skills :

- Customer Management : Display high levels of influencing, aligning & executing Customer plans through - Collaborating for Value- Framework

- Ability to generate & interpret relevant Consumer/ Shopper trends to drive Beverage Growth Agenda for Customer

- Project Management : Coordinating with multiple stakeholders for time bound delivery of Key Projects

- Financial Analysis & Effective P&L & Budget control
