Senior Business Intelligence Developer - FMCG/Consumer Durable

- Design data modelling processes to create algorithms and predictive models and perform custom analysis, manipulate large data sets, and use them to identify trends and reach meaningful conclusions to inform strategic business decisions and works collaboratively with end users to develop reporting systems that provide accessible information for decision making.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, B. Tech, BE, MCA, or related Information System is mandatory. Degree in Data Science or another quantitative field is preferred.

- Certifications such as PMP, BI are preferred.

Experience/ Knowledge:

- Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Scientist

- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst

- Experience in data mining

- Understanding of machine-learning and operations research

- Prior FMCG industry experience is preferred.

Mandatory Skills:

- Background in data warehouse design (e.g., dimensional modeling) and data mining

- Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Power BI) and data

frameworks (e.g., Hadoop)

- In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework.

- Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g., Qlik Sense, Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI)

- Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

- Knowledge of R, SQL, and Python; familiarity with Scala, Java or C++ is an asset
