We are HIRING candidates for Business development for Enable Healthcare, Inc

Specifically looking for Female candidates

Profile:

- Cold Calling: Lead generation and appointment fixing.

- Product/Service Demonstration: Remote demonstration of the product/service in question.

- Account Closure: Follow-up, onsite visit coordination, negotiation, and contract formulation.

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication

- Computer savvy

- Cold calling/Sales experience

- Convincing/Negotiation skills and Rationale thinking

- Shift timings : 6:30pm 3:30am(Saturday & Sunday fixed off)

Exp: 2 - 10 years

- Graduate/PG position 60% minimum

- Stability in one company minimum 1 year

- 75% of company experience should have stability in each company at least 1-year minimum.

- Neutral accent communication

- Proper grammar should be there in speech

- No Freestyle communication

- Proper attitude should be there. Proactive candidates will be selected. No laid-out attitude.

- Only Female candidates

- Two types: cold lead sales( introduce yourself and create leads and do sales) and outbound cold calling new customer candidates

- No customer support candidates

- Immediate joining candidates will be preferred. Also, give importance to the best candidates to serve -notice and come

- Permanent Work from home (Pan India).
