Position : Senior Business Development Manager - Software Sales  Education : Engineering/ MBA  Experience : Should be at least 6-8 yrs of relevant sales experience in IT industry  Location : United Kingdom ( UK )  Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience  Role - Responsibilities and Desired Profile :  - Candidate should be a business hunter using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business. Onsite Account Management - building and managing client relationships at the CXO level.   - Be a strategic advisor to the customer in transforming their business with the help of IT services.   - Carry Revenue target and drive growth on named accounts/prospects. Generating leads by interacting with the customers in various lines of business. Facilitating Delivery team to present delivery successes in strong and positive way and growing the account. Presenting and publishing the proposals. Interacting with CXOs, Procurement and Supplier relationship team from customer organization and maintain smoother flow of contracts, invoices and payments.   - Work closely with senior customer team (CIO, Directors) to suggest, advice, evaluate, on prime IT initiatives. Achieve highest level of CSAT within the accounts. Proactively lead strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.  - Candidate should have Sales background. Minimum 6-8 years of strategic sales experience in a business-to business IT sales environment.   - Should be well versed with services sales in UK for at least 4 years. Strong knowledge of off-shoring process and methodologies and familiarity with various service lines including Analytics, Cloud Computing, Enterprise Mobility and digital commerce.   - Ability to present at senior levels, and have first level consulting capability. Ability to work with the teams in various service lines. Handling IT services sales with enterprise customers.  - Handling MS and its products is a plus. Should have experience of entering larger customers (500K GBP plus revenue customers).
