Position: Senior Business Development Manager
- We're looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who can work with sales directors and close high-value long-term deals with a focus on new business development. With the support of the solutioning team, the key responsibilities will be to assist, carry out, and close sales cycles.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Work closely with the sales and solutioning teams, reporting to the Chief Business Officer.
- Augment sales process with key skills like client interaction, documentation, and reporting.
- Interact with numerous stakeholders in the customer team on a daily basis throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Supports sales and delivery processes between customers and internal teams like solutioning, finance, and legal for deal closure.
- Should be able to provide Card91 product and service training
- Manage the sales pipeline and give regular reports to management
- Provide any input that is important to the company to management
Location - Bangalore
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5-8 years of enterprise sales experience is a must.
- MBA or a degree from a reputable university is a must.
- A Banking sales background is a must, and expertise in payments, lending, and other financial services is a plus.
- When it comes to long sales cycles, a team player with a lot of patience is a must.
- Must be exceptional in the documentation process creating exception pitch decks, diligently managing proposals, contracts etc.
- A good listener who can analyze customer wants and feedback to guarantee that the services provided are constantly improved.
- A dedicated professional who can regularly deliver in a high-pressure atmosphere, as well as be proactive and evolve on a regular basis.
