Job Description :
RESPONSIBILITIES -
- Identifying various sales channels in interior designing industry and figuring out the most optimum channel
- Networking and liasioning with key clients in order to increase revenue
- Achieving the set sales target per month
- Developing negotiation strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations, taking calculated risks and aligning with partner's needs and goals
- Screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirement, potential and financials, evaluating options and resolving internal priorities
- Developing and leading downline team with growing expectations/targets of the organization
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication skills
- 5-9 years Experience in Business development (Strategies and techniques) role (preferably in a startup environment)
- Desire to network and aligning with the vision and mission of the organization
- Sense of ownership and Proof of the same
- Experience of dealing with high profile clients like CEOs, CFOs, Founders etc
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 7:30 PM)
