Description - This position requires establishing plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contribute to developing business. Creating a plan to land the sale with clear goals; ensure sufficient sales pipeline size, and price to negotiate and create value . Promote the brand image and value of the client and offer clear value proposition to customers. Work in tandem with all stakeholders to ensure customer is satisfied.

Description

The candidate is required to:

- Support existing businesses and development of new businesses.

- Keep track of competitor's activities, new business plans and customers also strategies for business expansion.

- Identify develop and improve commercial processes, including coordination with internal & external stakeholders

- Monitor and improve on market identification and new business opportunities

- Identify and pursue cross selling opportunities by coordinating with Cluster Commercial Head

- Through structured approach expand the customer base without losing existing business.

- To formulate and drive the commercial strategy and drive the commercial side of budgets in coordination with the business unit heads

- Pro-actively meet (potential) customers in order to obtain/maintain business

- Drive the collection of relevant trade data to support existing business unit as well as for development of new business activities and/or locations.

Profile

- MBA or PG from recognised university

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

- Professional knowledge of logistics / forwarding industry

- Customer centric approach and past experience

- Excellent Engish in written and verbal communication skills
