- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for paid hyperlocal campaigns on our. proprietary platform. Develop client relationships to ensure long-term success of the business and lead initiatives to. drive client engagement.
- Act as the primary SPOC for clients and manage client lifecycle from onboarding to billing and. collection. Own regular client review rhythms.
- Work closely with Operations, Technology and other business functions to ensure delivery and. customer success. Gather, report and communicate clients feedback on service, technology and product delivery
What we require:.
- Bachelors Degree from a reputed institute. Masters degree will be an added advantage. 7-10 years of work experience in digital advertising ecosystem and client management, with. focus on Search & Social.
- Good contacts in marketing ecosystem of large brands. Understanding of SEM, Google Analytics, Google AdWords and Meta Ad products. Excellent Data Analysis, Interpretation & Presentation Skills. Problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Proficiency in MS Word & MS PowerPoint. An excellent team player.
