- Identify, build and manage vendors acquisition processes across product categories in India.
- Responsible for developing and managing categories to drive sales, margin and inventory levels as per target.
- Build and manage assortment, for maintaining the best assortment in respective categories.
- Planning themes, banners and promotions for driving sales.
- Responsible for vendor development and vendor management.
- Responsible for driving re-seller and customer engagement events.
- Manage end-to-end all vendor contracting processes.
- Negotiate favorable terms of the relationship with vendors.
- Coordinate with the Ops team and scale the Sourcing operations.
- Achieving New Product upload targets.
- Achieving New Supplier on-boarding targets.
- Managing Inventory for achieving fulfillment targets.
- Managing / Handholding a set of re-seller group for improving sales.
