Location : Mumbai

Experience (In yrs) : 3-8 Years

Specific Experience (Industry, Company, Function etc.) : Preferred experience in Project Industry and working with PE fund houses.

Professional Qualification : CA / MBA Finance

Job Responsibilities :

- Financial Modelling for evaluating deals / projects. Assist the senior management team to take a informed call on the projects.

- Compiling PPTs, for IC, Monthly review meetings etc.

- Industry and Company research - detailed diligence on the company.

- Researching companies, particularly in terms of their financial functioning

- Analyzing company accounts, profit and loss sheets and cash flow information

- Interpreting complicated financial information

- Writing financial research summaries

- Making informed recommendations

- Understanding the market positioning of the business

- Legal Documentation (Term Sheet, Agreements, etc.) - involves working on detailed terms of the agreement

- Develop and help implement strategies for specific portfolio companies to increase revenue, improve operations, strengthen financial controls, and increase shareholder value
