Position Purpose :

Job Function: Candidate should have strong communication skills. Understanding Business and systems is mandatory in Banking and IT domain

Primary Skills:

- Candidate should have Domain Expertise in Trade Finance/Supply Chain/Cash Management/Transaction Banking/Lending/Core banking

- Candidate should be comfortable in designing and conceiving of solutions that align to high level business objectives and goals

- Candidate should be able to align solutions with any required platform principles (including best practice handling of BRD,FRD)

- Candidate should be able to demonstrate a high level of critical thinking and autonomy

- Candidate should have strong communication and thought process to manage large scale projects and domestic/international stakeholders

- Candidate must have strong Requirement Planning, Elicitation and Requirement analysis skills

- Candidate should be comfortable with Requirement Management Process

- Candidate should be good at creating activity diagrams, flow charts

- Candidate should have basic understanding of RDBMS database concepts

- Candidate should be good in creating wire frames,User Stories,use cases added advantage

- Good exp in team handling
