Roles and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for end to end management of various projects with experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns, solution value propositions of products and services to enable the sales team to shorten their sales cycle

- Track and report number of deals supported, opportunities influenced, new account pitches, content supported by the whole team.

- Content planning and preparation of content across B2B buyer journey

- Track deals supported by the team in terms of win closure and deal velocity

- Creation of monthly, quarterly cadence decks along with regional performance and product portfolio performance decks to track overall engagement performance

- Regular interactions with stakeholders to understand targets and priorities

- Liaise with intra marketing teams such as for cross functional projects and drive outcomes

- Manage a team of 8-10 BAs and SBAs and ensure high team productivity and morale

- Responsible for mentoring and coaching the team members

- Overseeing the training and onboarding of new team members

- Responsible for end to end management of projects

- Maintain and update process and account level documents

- Provide new ideas to broaden the scope of support and services provided to the sales team

Skills required :

- Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns, solution value propositions of products and services to enable the client sales team to shorten their sales cycles

- Knowledge of modern sales process and buyer's journey is a must

- Strong analytical and communication skills with exceptional client handling capabilities

- Proven track record of managing teams and business development skills

- Excellent project management skills and multitasking capabilities

- Experience in handling a team of 5-10 members

- Ability to collaborate across multiple client teams

- Ability to provide innovative solutions to address client's business challenges

- Master in using MS office tools and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies used in the sales enablement domain

- Self-motivated and highly driven to produce results.
